Refund Policy

If a trial is available, you can evaluate the product before purchasing. Charges apply only after the trial ends (if you continue).

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle renewal; access may remain active until the current paid period ends.

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case based on billing errors, duplicate charges, or service issues. Setup fees, customization work and one-time services are generally non-refundable.

If you believe there is a billing error, contact support within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct valid mistakes.
